Domestic Shipping
We ship to all of the United States. Depending on the weight of your order, we'll charge you. However, if you spend over $100.00, shipping will be free.
We ship anywhere in the United States, depending on how much the weight of the order is, then you will be charged an amount. If you buy more then $100.00 then it will be free shipping.
Returns (Refund)
How to Return
Before making a return, you should read the terms and conditions to check if your return complies with the company's policies.
Fill out the RETURN FORM found on our website, detailing the type of return you are making.
Pack the products you wish to return in a box or bag, verify that they are in the same condition as the original, and send them using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The item must be in our warehouse no later than the 30th day after purchase, or your return will be rejected. (Relocation fees apply; see terms and conditions.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items and Exchanges
SALE products are final purchases.
No refunds are made for returns, nor for shipping and handling charges for returns WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION.
Returns of products with manufacturing defects must be sent via USPS for shipping credit. Otherwise, shipping charges will not be credited.
Products that have not been treated according to the care instructions described on the garment will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. Each of our garments is designed for a specific size; damage caused by tampering is not recognized.
Due to health regulations, we do not accept any exchanges for underwear such as girdles, shapewear, bodysuits, blouses, or boxers.
If the item presented by Dolores, its packaging, and labels have been used, mistreated, or damaged, there will be an EXTRA RESTOCKING FEE of 15% off the purchase price.
We do not provide monetary refunds, credit card credits, or any other type of financial refund.
The company is not responsible for health problems or allergies that may occur due to the use of these products.
